To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

We want to give you a hassle-free way to return any items you receive that may not meet your satisfaction. You can return your item to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
What items are returnable?
- Products in its original condition
- Unwashed and unworn products
- Manufacturer faulty products
Certain products are exempt from being returned such as:
- Underwear & Swimsuits
- Some health and personal care items
- Gift Cards
We will offer partial refunds in the following situations:
- Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Used items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- If you would like to exchnage your item please contact us.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Shipping your return
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For your benefit, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your item.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rehjection of your refund.
- If your refund has been approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
